Service Dispatcher

Now hiring!! Five Point is currently seeking a high energy Service Dispatcher to join our Arlington, TX team. We are a growing food service equipment company that distributes and services Henny Penny equipment with our headquarters located in Arlington with branch locations in Ashland, VA and Orlando, FL. We are looking for someone to fill this position who wants to join a fun, growing team. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls for service and schedule service calls Utilizing training material by troubleshooting documents View dispatches in HP cloud and service request in portals Troubleshoot with customers over the phone Complete daily dispatches in our system Obtain payment information and close out credit card customers Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills for exceptional customer service Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Computer literacy including knowledge of relevant software such as CRM systems Must be a team player who enjoys helping out others as we have three branches Ability to work under stress and remain calm Strong clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and routes for our technicians We're quickly growing and want to add someone to our team who brings in a lot of fun and energy as we're a fast paced and multi-branch company. We have the ability to make some pretty awesome food whenever we feel the urge to and stop for a break to fit in a game of basketball or table tennis. Come join our team!
