Our service technicians are out in the field every day taking care of our customers, and we're looking for someone who can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn't just about answering phones and scheduling appointments. It's about being the connection between our customers, technicians, and service leadership while helping deliver the level of service our customers have come to expect from Superior. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and schedule commercial HVAC service calls based on technician availability, location, and customer needs. Communicate with service technicians throughout the day to monitor schedules, job progress, and changing priorities. Respond to incoming customer calls and service requests with professionalism and urgency. Work closely with service managers and field supervisors to coordinate daily operations. Update service tickets, work orders, and customer information accurately. Help prioritize emergency service calls and adjust schedules when unexpected situations arise. Keep customers informed of scheduling changes, technician arrivals, and service updates. Assist with administrative tasks that support the overall success of our service team. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of teamwork. Our ideal candidate will have: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A customer-first mindset and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling and service management software. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ability to work independently while supporting a larger team. Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience. Commercial HVAC or mechanical service industry experience is a plus, but not required. We're equally interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
