Service Dispatcher/Customer Service

A-J Sheet Metal, Inc. – North Platte, NE Full-Time | Monday–Friday A-J Sheet Metal is looking for an organized, dependable HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer Service to join our Office Staff. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers. Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians. Prioritize emergency and scheduled service calls. Communicate schedule changes with customers, technicians and other staff. Track open work orders, parts, and return visits. Enter accounts payable & receivable in accounting software. General office tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong organization and communication skills. Excellent customer-service and telephone skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good computer and data-entry skills. Dispatching or service-office experience preferred. HVAC experience is helpful but not required . Sage 100 Contractor or other accounting software experience is a plus. We are willing to train the right person with strong organizational and customer-service skills About A-J Sheet Metal, Inc.
