Role Description This full-time Service Dispatcher role is an on-site position located in Lilburn, GA. The Service Dispatcher will coordinate daily HVAC service calls, schedule technicians, and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering service details from customers, and entering accurate information into the dispatch system. The role involves communicating with technicians throughout the day, updating job statuses, and adjusting schedules as needed. The Service Dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries, provide basic service information, and support follow-up to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth field operations. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities. Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal Communication and professional Phone Etiquette. Experience or aptitude in Dispatching, coordinating schedules, and managing multiple service calls. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software are beneficial. Previous experience in HVAC, home services, or a related field is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
