Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Company Overview Reliable Road Service operates a comprehensive truck and trailer repair facility, offering tire sales and service, heavy and light-duty towing, and on-call support 24/7. Located in Holland, Michigan, we are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient roadside assistance to our customers. Overview Reliable Road Service is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in keeping our towing, repair shop, and customer service operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who can communicate well, stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and keep customers informed from the first phone call through completion of their service. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist or direct customers as needed Dispatch towing calls using Towbook and communicate with drivers Monitor vehicle storage, releases, abandoned vehicles, auctions, and scrap vehicles Create customer service orders in Fullbay with complete and accurate information Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorization Schedule service work and monitor repair timelines Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Finalize invoices and make sure all required information and attachments are complete Collect payments for service work and showroom parts sales Help monitor parts inventory and showroom stock Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom/front counter area The Right Person for This Position: We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, comfortable on the phone, good with customers, and able to handle several things happening at once. Experience in towing, trucking, heavy-duty repair, service writing, dispatching, or parts would be a strong advantage. Experience with Towbook and Fullbay is also a plus.
