Service Coordinator / Semi Trailer Service Advisor

Job Overview Duties Join Technomech Trailer Repair and play a key role in keeping our shop and mobile repair operations running smoothly. We’re looking for an organized, dependable professional who can coordinate service efficiently while delivering clear, responsive communication to our customers. Responsibilities: ● Answer customer calls and schedule repairs ● Create and update work orders ● Assign jobs to shop and mobile technicians ● Coordinate parts and repair schedules ● Keep customers informed about repair progress ● Follow up on estimates and approvals ● Ensure work orders are completed accurately and ready for invoicing Qualifications: ● Experience in truck, trailer, fleet maintenance, or automotive service preferred ● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously ● Basic computer and service management software skills This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.
