Service Coordinator / Dispatcher – Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Oztek Commercial Services LLC | Fort Collins, CO $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. Oztek Commercial Services is hiring a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to help run the daily service schedule for approximately 15 technicians. We work on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and pool dehumidification systems. This person will be a central point of contact for customers, technicians, and our office team. The schedule changes throughout the day, so the role calls for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions when several requests arrive at once. What you’ll do Answer incoming calls beginning at 7:30 a.m. and monitor service requests received by email and online portals. Gather accurate customer, site, equipment, contact, access, purchase order, and service issue information. Record new requests in our shared call log and build complete jobs in Jobber so technicians have the information they need before arriving. Maintain the shared daily schedule and coordinate technician assignments with management, considering urgency, location, availability, and the work required. Confirm appointments, update customers when plans change, and follow up on open service requests. Track job progress and route completed work or outstanding needs to the appropriate quoting or invoicing team member. Keep the schedule and call log current as calls are completed and closed out. What we’re looking for Experience in service dispatch, field scheduling, or a comparable customer-facing coordination role. HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience is especially helpful. Strong phone and written communication skills. Careful data entry and comfort working across several systems. Experience with Jobber, Google Docs, or service portals is helpful; we can train the right person on our specific process. The ability to reprioritize calmly, follow through on details, and let customers and technicians know what is happening. Reliable availability for a full-time, on-site weekday position beginning at 7:30 a.m. You do not need to diagnose equipment. You do need to capture the problem accurately, get the right information to the technician, and make sure the next step does not get lost. Pay and benefits Pay is $26–$30 per hour based on relevant experience. Benefits include paid sick leave. After three months, eligible employees receive paid holidays, vacation accrual, and access to health insurance with an employer contribution.
