SERVICE ADVISOR - TRUCK / FLEET / AUTOMOTIVE (3 YEARS OF SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Our shop is built on honesty and trust, and we are looking for a person that is loyal, trustworthy, and a team player to run the front counter and handle all of our customers. Our service team is a group of dedicated professionals who know how to go the distance while working in a fast pace atmosphere. Comradery is of upmost importance. * RESPONSIBILITIES * - Greeting customers and entering all their information while setting up the workflow for the technicians -Maintaining the technicians' paperwork and making sure everyone is following the workflow system -Heading up the quality control of all vehicles leaving and maintaining a high standard. -Maintaining the front counter and ordering parts. - Performing walk through of all customers vehicles and updating the Progress Board. -Filling in for the Shop Manager as needed. * BENEFITS* - We offer a Monday through Friday schedule - Paid holidays - On the job training to further along previous repair knowledge -Paid vacation -401K -Health benefits ....and most importantly a great staff.
