The Opportunity The Serializer is responsible for accurately capturing and recording product information during the Sort process in our warehouse. This role ensures device details, including model numbers, serial numbers, and asset tags, are properly identified and entered into company systems to support accurate inventory tracking and processing. What You'll Be Doing Record and verify model numbers, serial numbers, and asset tag information for electronic devices. Ensure data accuracy and completeness during the serialization process. Inspect devices for identifying information and verify details match system records. Maintain strong attention to detail to prevent data entry errors. Follow standard operating procedures for device processing and documentation. Communicate discrepancies or missing information to leadership. Support overall Sort department quality and productivity goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous ITAD, electronics processing, warehouse, or data entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and ability to enter data efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
