Details of Job Description and Technical Skills below:
The specific project services listed below have been identified to support the functions and operations of the BT Serialization DACI Team:
• Support the business to ensure appropriate analysis of system data and process diagnosis in support of escalated business issues resolution happen in a timely fashion, protecting continuity of Pharmaceutical's business operations
• Engage in hands-on, technical resolution in the Escalated Issue Resolution Process
• Reduce escalated issue volumes via system enhancements and business process improvement influencing
• Using insights gained from System Health Monitoring, design and drive strategic SoDe serialization initiatives to achieve broad continuous improvement
• Liaise with Enterprise Serialization Support (ESM) & BTAMS (Support) teams to provide input into ticket close-out documentation, make KBA suggestions, and feed ESM continuous improvement initiatives
• BT Serialization Systems SME (PTTS (Various vendor solutions), SCT (Tracelink), Middleware Technologies)
• Working closely with the BT Solutions Leads to design integration components for CI initiatives as required
• Working closely with Pharmaceutical Global Engineering and Site Automation Groups for Escalated Issue resolution and CI initiatives as required.
• Facilitate conversations with product vendors /SoDe team members to drive system improvements and/or bug fixes as appropriate
• Generate and maintain KPIs related to overall system health (e.g., system availability time, etc.)
• Work to incorporate Escalated Issues support into agreed BAU processes
• Ensure compliance with Global standards for application development, including documentation standards as per GMP.
• Vendor engagement - product development, including membership of any vendor customer product roadmaps teams.
