Senior Warehouse Associate - Sit Down Forklift Operator (#acb1)

Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Sit Down Forklift Operator You will keep warehouse flow moving by receiving, moving, and preparing freight so the team meets customer expectations. You will work onsite on first shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–5:00pm) with occasional overtime before or after the regular shift. Your work directly impacts operations, shipping accuracy, and on-time deliveries for internal and external stakeholders. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate sit-down (and stand-up as needed) forklifts and hand jacks to load/unload trailers and containers safely and without damage Receive goods: offload vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure, book in freight, and report discrepancies or damages Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork with freight, label shipments, and stage ULDs and pallets for dispatch Palletize, stretch-wrap or band cargo and ensure proper staging and housekeeping within the warehouse Accurately sign off Bills of Lading, verify counts, and perform inventory reporting/stock checks per site SOPs Follow and execute DFT and bonded freight procedures, complete weekly bond checks, and maintain perimeter security procedures Assist with training new staff and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and meet KPIs Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Must be at least 18 years old Ability to operate sit-down forklifts (equipment operating experience: forklift — sit down) Physical stamina and coordination; ability to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience with this organization or in a comparable operation Ability to work flexible hours/days as required and meet established performance standards (KPIs) Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders, and related documentation Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
