Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver (#a2ff)

Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver You will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, staging, and preparing freight for outbound shipment. Your work directly impacts on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety for the team. This is an onsite role at the Carson, CA warehouse. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive goods: offload/load vehicles and containers, check paperwork, weigh, measure, and book in freight Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and hand jacks Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and stage cargo to prepare outbound loads and ULDs for departure Match paperwork with freight, accurately sign Bills of Lading, verify counts, and report damages or discrepancies Use the warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate organization and inventory Maintain warehouse cleanliness and standards through general housekeeping and weekly bond checks Execute DFT procedures and maintain perimeter security where applicable Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Minimum 6 months of previous company-specific warehouse operations experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform frequent bending and reaching Proficiency with technology, computers, and WMS systems Must be at least 18 years old Willingness to work flexible hours and meet location-established KPIs Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
