Senior Warehouse Associate – Operations & Inventory M&N Plumbing Supply Co. | Denver, Colorado Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience About the Position M&N Plumbing Supply Co. is looking for a highly experienced, dependable warehouse professional to become a key member of our warehouse operations team. We already have an established Warehouse Manager. What we're looking for is a strong, experienced right-hand person who can work closely with our manager to keep the warehouse organized, efficient, and operating at a high level. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands warehouse operations beyond simply pulling orders and operating a forklift. Our warehouse is busy, inventory volumes change, and space must constantly be evaluated to accommodate changing product demands. We want someone who understands how material should flow through a warehouse and can help turn good ideas into practical improvements. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily warehouse activities and improvements. Communicate regularly with the manager to identify challenges, discuss solutions, and execute agreed-upon plans. Safely operate forklifts and assist with receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. Help evaluate and reorganize warehouse space as inventory volumes and product demands change. Understand product movement and help position inventory for maximum picking and shipping efficiency. Recognize opportunities to reduce unnecessary material handling and improve workflow. Help maintain accurate inventory locations, organized shelving, and efficient stocking practices. Assist with training and supporting other warehouse team members when needed. Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through until they are completed. Step in wherever needed to keep daily operations moving. Qualifications Required Several years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Forklift certification and strong operating experience. Solid understanding of warehouse layouts, material flow, and inventory organization. Experience with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Ability to recognize operational problems and help develop practical solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse leadership. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. Willingness to perform physical warehouse work every day. Preferred Experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, HVAC, or building materials. Experience with warehouse reorganizations or space optimization. Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software. Experience helping train or coordinate warehouse personnel. This is not a management position, but it is an important leadership-support role. We want someone who can be counted on to help identify what needs to be done, work with the manager to establish a plan, and then help get it accomplished. You should be comfortable offering ideas, accepting direction, and taking ownership of getting things done.
