Senior Warehouse Associate - Days

We are seeking a Logistics Support Associate to assist with warehouse and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence. Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing. Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, inventory control, or related fields. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, and support continuous improvement. Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination. Preferred: Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP).
