Position Responsibilities
• Conduct strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to uncover trends, develop initiatives, and drive efficiency within our extensive LTL shipping network.
• Collaborate with leaders across departments to enhance logistics operations and strengthen vendor relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key freight carriers and leadership teams across our North American locations to align with company objectives.
• Lead high-impact projects and provide valuable insights and recommendations to Uline's executive team.
• Champion operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive high-performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 20+ years of leadership in complex logistics operations, with deep expertise across all transportation modes; experience in outbound LTL is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to harness complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
