Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize our 14-location distribution network with a team of 5,000+ warehouse professionals.
• Assess and enhance distribution operations, focusing on inventory management, workflow efficiencies, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Drive warehouse development initiatives, including strategic site selection, innovative building designs, and effective product placements.
• Analyze and improve warehouse systems and technologies to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, safety, and operational performance in daily warehouse functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience, with a strong background in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center.
• 7+ years of hands-on distribution management is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations, both inbound and outbound.
• Proficient with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
