URGENT HIRING – Senior Transportation & Supply Chain Product Manager Location: Atlanta, GA / Jersey City, NJ Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 10–15 Years Domain: Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain TOP 3 MUST-HAVES Expert-level Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experience Supply Chain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for transportation and supply chain solutions. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimization. Manage product backlogs and translate business priorities into sprint-ready user stories. Advise clients on transportation, freight, warehousing and supply chain transformation. Lead cross-functional teams across business, engineering and operations. Define testing strategies, acceptance criteria and product quality standards. Track product adoption, operational efficiency, service levels and ROI. Lead client workshops and advise senior stakeholders on product strategy. Mentor product owners and support consulting and business development initiatives. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 10–15 years in Product Management, Product Ownership or Management Consulting. Strong expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) . Experience across transportation, logistics, freight, distribution or fulfillment. Supply chain expertise in Manufacturing, Retail or CPG . Agile product delivery, testing and release management. Client-facing consulting and senior stakeholder management. Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams. GOOD TO HAVE Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP) or last-mile delivery experience. WMS, EDI, APIs, IoT, analytics, automation or AI-enabled logistics. Supply chain planning, cold-chain logistics, freight forwarding or inventory optimization. Large-scale supply chain transformation experience. MBA or advanced degree. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
