About the Opportunity: The SENIOR TRANSPORTATION MANAGER role is responsible for managing key carrier partnerships and leading initiatives to optimize transportation network performance and efficiency. This position plays a critical role in influencing business decisions and collaborating across functions to enhance supply chain outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage strategic carrier partnerships as the main point of contact to ensure service quality and alignment with business objectives Monitor and achieve operational and financial performance metrics requiring strategic planning Lead annual transportation network optimization by selecting and evaluating carrier partners Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and international trade teams to coordinate transportation solutions Requirements: High school diploma with extensive experience or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Background in supply chain, transportation management, carrier negotiations, warehousing, and customer service Experience with supply chain optimization software Proven project management and supervisory skills Strong communication skills for interaction with senior management Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with multitasking ability Pay Range and Compensation Package: Annual salary range is $118,930 to $178,395, dependent on location, experience, and skills Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance available Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) plan with company contributions Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
