Incumbent will provide guidance to Resident Engineers on contracts dealing with highway electrical systems, including highway lighting, traffic control, and traffic management systems; will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating highway construction electrical work. Incumbent is also responsible for advising staff on construction safety as it relates to electrical contract administration. Must possess a valid California Professional Engineer Electrical License.
