Senior Systems Administrator - Logical Inventory
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator - Logical Inventory to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role is focused on the day-to-day administration and reliability of a logical network inventory environment that supports core telecom operations. You will partner closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage upgrades, changes, data quality, and issue resolution across a business-critical application stack. The position also plays a key role in protecting inventory integrity, supporting migrations and reconciliation efforts, and maintaining clear operational documentation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $112,800 – $173,600 annually Responsibilities Administer and support the resource inventory application Coordinate product roadmaps and upgrades with vendors Plan and communicate application changes and upgrades Develop and execute test plans for applications Triage and resolve production problems and data issues Provide on-call support and participate in incident response Ensure integrity and accuracy of the logical network inventory Support inventory loads, migrations, and reconciliation activities Identify and resolve data discrepancies sustainably Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or six years of experience in enterprise applications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills Proven capability to manage operational priorities in a dynamic environment Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity Ability to work independently and engage leadership when necessary Experience documenting processes and application configurations Minimum of three years of SQL experience and five years of logical inventory experience Benefits Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement 401(k) savings plan Generous paid time off, including paid parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
