Senior Supply Planner

Senior Supply Planner Charlotte, North Carolina | Full-time | Hybrid A global industrial organisation is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to support supply chain planning and inventory optimisation within a complex manufacturing environment. The role sits within a planning Centre of Excellence and focuses on standardising planning processes, supporting advanced planning systems and developing supply planning capabilities across global teams. Key Responsibilities Support the transformation of supply planning processes, technology and ways of working as new planning systems are implemented. Support global supply planners with training, troubleshooting and best practices across Kinaxis and SAP IBP. Support improvements to existing SAP APO planning processes during the transition to new systems. Act as a subject matter expert for supply and inventory planning processes. Drive standardised planning processes and adherence to global supply chain planning models. Support the effective use of Kinaxis Maestro for supply and inventory planning. Promote continuous improvement across supply and inventory planning teams. Provide training, coaching and mentoring to planners to build capability and support succession planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy, inventory performance and customer service. Analyse supply and inventory data and make recommendations to improve planning outcomes. Requirements 6+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or related S&OP functions. 3+ years of experience using supply planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, O9 Solutions, Anaplan or OMP. 3+ years of experience managing supply plans and inventory levels while working cross-functionally to meet customer demand. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory optimisation within complex industrial environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field preferred. APICS, CPIM, CPSM or CPE certification is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working in a data-driven environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $159,000–$199,000 per year.
