anaging them through review and sign-off
• Building process flow maps (Visio, Word, or Excel) that tie back to the SOPs
• Maintaining version control across physical and electronic documentation
• Routing documents through systems like Veeva
• Coordinating with Logistics, Quality, IT, and Finance to get things approved
What they’re looking for:
• 7–10 years of pharma experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or distribution
• Strong SOP writing and document control experience in a GxP environment
• Hands-on experience with Veeva or a similar document management system
Details:
• 3-month contract with potential to extend
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote
