Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for complex warehousing and transportation networks supporting major customers. Own demand, inventory, and capacity planning and drive a robust S&OP process that aligns operations, finance, and commercial teams. Use advanced analytics and ERP/WMS/TMS systems to monitor KPIs, mitigate supply chain risk, and continuously improve service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory performance. Coach and develop a team of planners while promoting a safety-focused, inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities Own demand, inventory, and capacity planning Drive and improve S&OP alignment across key business functions Monitor KPIs and manage operational and supply risks Leverage analytics, automation, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS/TMS) Continuous improvement of service, cost, and inventory metrics Lead, coach, and develop a planning team Contribute to the design and launch of innovative logistics solutions Qualifications & Skills Strong planning and forecasting expertise across logistics networks Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and data-driven decision-making Proven ability to build/own S&OP processes Leadership and coaching capability with a safety-first mindset Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
