Key Responsibilities
• Manage subcontractor cost, schedule, and performance parameters
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier risk mitigation plans
• Prepare proposals, negotiate provisions, and administer subcontracts
• Coordinate subcontract additions, deletions, and modifications
• Guide document markings with Trade Compliance teams Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation skills and aerospace subcontracting experience
• Knowledge of company legal terms and conditions
• Experience with ITAR, EAR, and Controlled Goods programs
