Senior Sourcing Program Manager

Job Title: Sourcing Program Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Program Manager to lead our sourcing strategy and execution across the entire product lifecycle, from design to launch to scale. This high-impact role requires direct collaboration with engineering teams to support product launches and drive measurable results, offering a strategic advantage in our rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. Drive supplier readiness to ensure successful product launches and ramp-up. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delivery, capacity, quality, and cost issues. Lead cross-functional alignment among internal stakeholders to meet program milestones. Manage sourcing-related deliverables, timelines, and program execution. Partner with category managers to execute sourcing strategies and resolve supplier challenges. Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making and program success. Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Essential Skills 8+ years of experience in supply chain and sourcing. Systems thinking with an understanding of cost, risk, and performance tradeoffs. Ability to influence without authority and make decisions in ambiguous situations. Execution and delivery-focused mindset. Experience with supplier qualification and readiness. Proficiency in KPI and milestone tracking. Technical awareness, particularly in understanding drawings and hardware. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in industries such as semiconductor/capital equipment, complex hardware/advanced manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or robotics/AI hardware/electronics. Mentorship and leadership mindset. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance of remote and in-office work. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Morristown, NJ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
