Senior SIOP Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Glendale) or Kohler, WI or Hattiesburg, MS Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite) in above locations. RELO AVAILABLE Compensation: $89,000 - $114,000 base salary (flexibility up to ~$130,000 for highly qualified candidates) Overview: A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Specialist, Sales, Customer, Finance & Operations to own demand planning and forecasting processes that drive revenue attainment, inventory optimization, and operational planning. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Sales, Customers, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to develop accurate forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is not simply a report generator but a proactive problem solver who can use data to influence decisions and drive action. Day to Day: Lead demand planning and forecasting activities across key product lines and customer accounts. Develop and maintain forecast models that support revenue growth and inventory optimization. Collaborate extensively with sales teams and customers to gather market intelligence, demand signals, and business updates. Analyze forecast performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Create and present metrics, dashboards, and business insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Support Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and improve forecast accuracy. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance planning capabilities. Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives. Use data-driven decision making to proactively solve business challenges and mitigate risk. This role is roughly 30% forecasting/data analysis, 40% customer and sales collaboration, and 30% metrics reporting/presentations . Candidates with strong customer-facing forecasting experience and a consultative business mindset will stand out. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in: Demand Planning, Forecasting, SIOP / Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Power Query, Forecasting models Experience with ERP and planning systems such as: SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, SAP IBP, or other advanced planning platforms Preferred Qualifications: Customer-facing forecasting experience. Experience collaborating directly with sales organizations and key customers. Manufacturing or industrial business experience. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience driving process improvements and influencing stakeholders.
