any processes. The work spans onboarding, meetings, changes, cost tracking, supplier follow-up, sourcing, approvals, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review contract scope, terms, deliverables, costs, schedules, and procedures
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and approval packages
• Monitor supplier performance, milestones, risks, actions, and outstanding items
• Manage information requests, amendments, change orders, approvals, and records
• Prepare bids, coordinate evaluations, support negotiations, and issue awards
Requirements:
• Eight or more years of contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project support experience
• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
• Working knowledge of contract administration, sourcing, commercial processes, and legal terms
• Experience with electronic contract, document management, or signature systems
• Ability to analyze risks, communicate clearly, and manage multiple deadlines
