Role : Senior SAP SD/Order Management Functional Consultant Location : Ranlo, NC, United States Job Type: Full-Time Payout : Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: We are seeking a Sr IT Analyst - SAP Order Management Consultant S/4 HANA to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Sales & Distribution (SD) business solutions in Ranlo, NC. Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirements gathering, solution design, and functional configuration for SAP S/4HANA Order Management / SD. Optimize Order-to-Cash business processes including pricing, billing, credit management, and customer logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, PP, FICO) and technical ABAP developers on complex integrations. Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training programs. Provide post-implementation hypercare support and continuous process improvement for global enterprise users. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of SAP SD / Order Management functional configuration experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations. Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, EDI integrations, pricing procedures, and billing schemes. Proven track record of managing enterprise ERP transformation projects and stakeholder relationships. Excellent analytical, communication, and business consulting capabilities.
