Joblet-AIRole :Senior SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant Location : Ranlo, NC, United States Job Type: Full-Time Payout : Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sr IT Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Functional Consultant to drive production planning, manufacturing execution, and quality management process design in Ranlo, NC. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Design manufacturing workflows including MRP, bill of materials (BOM), routings, work centers, and shop floor control. Implement Quality Management processes including inspection lots, quality notifications, and certificate of analysis. Facilitate workshops with plant operations and supply chain leaders to map business requirements into standard SAP solutions. Lead testing, data migration, and change management for manufacturing plant deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 6+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP PP and QM, with hands-on S/4HANA deployment experience. Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and PM modules and MES shop floor systems. Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementation projects in a manufacturing environment. Outstanding problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical documentation abilities.
