This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing, production planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes within an SAP environment. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP PP expertise, strong MM integration knowledge, and experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations within manufacturing, maintenance, repair, or refurbishment environments.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong configuration experience within SAP PP, including:
• Production Orders
• MRP & Material Planning
• BOM Management
• Routings & Work Centers
• Production Versions
• Capacity Planning
• Shop Floor Execution
• Production Confirmations
• Product Costing Integration
• Strong SAP Materials Management (MM) experience, including:
• Procurement Processes
• Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
• Inventory Management
• Goods Receipts & Goods Issues
• Stock Transport Orders (STO)
• Material Master Management
• Vendor & Purchasing Integration
• MRP-Driven Procurement
• Experience with SAP PP/MM integration with FI/CO.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into functional designs.
• Experience developing functional specifications and supporting testing cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP S/4HANA PP experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, or maintenance operations.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Proven success supporting cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare stabilization.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technical resources.
• Experience with complex manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and production optimization best practices. xklufbp
• Prior consulting experience leading SAP PP/MM workstreams.
