SAP CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) Consultant Maumee, OH 43537 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP CTRM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Commodity Management, Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Hedge Accounting, and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs, managing global teams, and delivering end-to-end Commodity Trading & Risk Management solutions. Required Technical & Functional Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commodity Management (CM), Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), CTRM, and Hedge Accounting. Strong experience with commodity trade capture, pricing, risk management, logistics, and settlement processes. Experience configuring and supporting SAP CPE, including formula-based pricing, pricing conditions, BAdIs, and enhancements. Strong knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and integration with MM, SD, TSW, and FI/CO. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, functional design, configuration, and production support. Expertise in requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, and proof-of-concept development. Experience with TSW nomination processes, scheduling, and logistics integration. Knowledge of SAP CDS Views, RAP, OData, AMDP, HANA performance optimization, and Clean Core principles. Program Management & Leadership 10+ years of ERP transformation consulting or equivalent industry experience. At least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations as a Project Manager involving Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules. 6+ years of proposal and business case development experience. Proven sales experience and ability to lead prospective client engagements. Experience managing teams of 20+ onsite and offshore resources. Strong expertise in program planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Ability to lead steering committee meetings, client workshops, and executive presentations. Experience developing SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps, project estimates, and implementation strategies. Industry Domain Experience Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following: Agriculture and Commodity Trading Metals and Mining Oil & Gas / SAP IS-Oil
