About this Role – Senior Project Scheduler We are looking for a talented Senior Project Scheduler that has a passion for quality construction. This position builds and manages resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performs critical path analysis, and partners with project teams to drive execution across large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing electrical construction projects. What You’ll Do Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing electrical projects - Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing (including below-grade/underground electrical infrastructure), and recommend mitigation strategies Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement Maintain compliant schedule documentation and submittals (baseline, monthly narrative updates, recovery schedules) per contract, general contractor, and company standards What You’ll Bring 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing electrical construction projects – required - Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu a plus Experience managing schedules under general contractor subcontracts, including contract-driven submittal requirements (baseline schedules, monthly narrative updates, recovery schedules) – preferred Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred What You’ll Get 401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth) Paid Holidays and PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision Flexible Spending Accounts Health Savings Account Accident Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Lifelock Identity Theft Protection Employee Discounts Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
