We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Transportation Alternative Delivery to join our Edmonton team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on major transportation projects — engaging with clients, guiding innovative design solutions, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver projects that make a lasting impact on communities across Canada.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Leading a multi-disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
•    Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection.
•    Managing projects from concept through design and construction.
•    Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.
•    Delivering projects on budget and schedule.
•    Mentoring and coaching engineers and technologists.
•    Building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
•    Fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.



Requirements

What you will bring
•    Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
•    Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligible).
•    10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation.
•    Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner’s Engineer).
•    Strong project management and business development skills.
•    Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
•    Valid driver’s license.
