Job Description The Key Responsibilities : Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving the schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving and milestones on track. Manage project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and overall profitability. Drive procurement and subcontractor buyout, negotiating scopes and contracts to protect the project. Build and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and contract compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget. The Successful Applicant The Ideal Senior Project Manager Will Have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Strong background across commercial, healthcare, and/or light industrial construction. Proven leadership experience managing and developing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Timberline. Demonstrated career stability with a track record of growing within organizations. Strong communicator and relationship builder who can confidently work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate contracts, project challenges, and key stakeholder relationships. Hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
