Senior Project Manager
Everyday DoseABOUT EVERYDAY DOSE Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We’re a fast-growing, nine-figure omni-channel brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we’re continuing to expand across product innovation and retail. ABOUT THE ROLE Everyday Dose is growing fast, and the number of projects moving at once is growing with it: new products, packaging changes, retail launches, promotions, co-manufacturer onboarding, and more. We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to own how that work gets done. Reporting to the VP of Product & Retail Marketing, you’ll drive accountability across our cross-functional project portfolio. You’ll build the plan, set the pace, make sure every task has a clear owner and date, and follow through until it ships. When something slips, you’ll know first. When a decision is stuck, you’ll get it in front of the right people with clear context, options, and a recommendation. You’ll work alongside experts across Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Creative, Sales, and Finance. They own the craft; you own the momentum. You won’t be designing the carton, signing off on the formula, or making supplier decisions—but you’ll be deep in the details every day, making sure the people who do are aligned, unblocked, and delivering on time. This role is fully remote within the U.S. Requirements WHAT YOU'LL OWN You’ll take primary ownership of several core areas of our cross-functional project portfolio: New Product Launches: Drive end-to-end innovation projects through our stage-gate process, spanning product development, operations and supply chain, artwork kickoff, launch, and post-launch review. Artwork & Packaging: Manage artwork refreshes, packaging and structure changes, variety packs, shippers, displays, co-packs, and custom packs. Retail & Customer Launches: Drive new customer setups and launches, including timelines, dependencies, and retailer requirements. Promotions & Merch: Manage bundles and promotions, along with merchandise sourcing, ordering, creative management, and shipping. Operations & Supply Chain: Coordinate projects including new co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes and reformulations, and cost-savings initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build the plan: Create workback schedules in Asana with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and gates for every project. Drive accountability: Follow up consistently, hold owners to their commitments, and identify timeline risks and slips early. Run the forums: Lead project meetings, stage-gate reviews, and decision forums with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and next steps. Solve problems: Anticipate risks, build contingency plans, and work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions rather than simply reporting status. Elevate decisions: Recognize when a decision needs leadership input and bring it forward with the right context, options, and a clear recommendation. Create visibility: Give leadership one clear view of project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts across the portfolio. Build our project management foundation: Establish Asana as the single source of truth through project templates, intake processes, dashboards, and reporting. Formalize stage-gate: Build a consistent stage-gate process with clear criteria, owners, and documentation at each stage. Create repeatable playbooks: Develop scalable processes and templates for launches, packaging changes, customer setups, and co-manufacturer onboarding. Improve how we operate: Run post-launch reviews and turn learnings into stronger processes for future projects. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years within CPG, food and beverage, or supplements. A track record of leading pr…
