Paris MarketingContinental Woodcraft is a second-generation, women-owned commercial millwork manufacturer specializing in high-end, custom architectural millwork and casework. We work across healthcare, government, education, retail, restaurants, and residential developments, partnering with leading general contractors, architects, and design teams to bring complex projects to life. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial architectural millwork to lead projects from award through final installation and closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the unique demands of millwork manufacturing and installation and can confidently manage the details, relationships, schedules, and financial performance of projects ranging from $50,000 to $3M+. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can serve as the primary connection between the client or general contractor and our internal estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams. You understand how decisions made during estimating, engineering, and submittals ultimately impact production, schedule, cost, and installation—and you know how to keep all of those pieces moving together. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders from project award through completion. Take ownership of the overall execution and success of each project, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, communication, and client satisfaction. Coordinate closely with estimators, CAD engineers, production, purchasing, shipping department, and field installation teams to ensure projects move efficiently from contract through fabrication and installation. Review project scope, contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets to establish clear project requirements and expectations. Manage the submittal and approval process , coordinating with engineering and clients/GCs to keep approvals on schedule. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and potential delays before they impact production or installation. Coordinate material procurement, production scheduling, delivery, and installation activities. Conduct or participate in site visits, pre-installation meetings, contractor meetings, and project coordination meetings. Proactively identify and resolve design, scope, scheduling, field, and constructability issues. Manage project changes, including change orders, additional work, credits, and scope adjustments, ensuring appropriate documentation and client approval. Monitor project financial performance, including job costs, commitments, billing, and overall project profitability. Maintain clear and timely project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate closely with field personnel and installation partners to ensure successful execution onsite. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, outstanding billing, and client acceptance. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness while representing Continental Woodcraft throughout the project. Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of project management experience within commercial architectural millwork, casework, or a closely related manufacturing environment. Direct experience managing custom commercial millwork projects from award through fabrication and installation is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of architectural millwork construction, materials, fabrication, finishing, hardware, installation, and field conditions. Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, elevations, details, and schedules.
