DexianJob Title: Senior Project Buyer – Power or Wind Location: 3 days onsite at Golden Valley, MN 55422 Duration: FTE Salary Range: $85,000–$128,000 base + incentive + benefits Key Responsibilities: Source suppliers and solicit/analyze RFQs, bids, and quotations Negotiate pricing, quality, specifications, and delivery terms Select and manage suppliers/vendors Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) Track orders from placement through delivery Resolve supplier issues, returns, and delivery delays Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Construction teams Visit project sites/offices periodically Must-Have Background: Project procurement / purchasing / buying experience Experience with construction, Power, Wind, EPC, utility, electrical, or infrastructure projects Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and purchasing processes Experience with supplier management, bidding, negotiations, and POs Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
