Senior Program Manager, Trucking

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Trucking to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will own the integrated commercialization roadmap for a complex trucking initiative, ensuring key milestones move forward across multiple functions. The position calls for a strong program leader who can align technical, operational, and executive stakeholders while maintaining clarity on priorities, risks, and decisions. Success in this role will come from building repeatable execution frameworks, driving cross-functional accountability, and producing leadership-ready updates that support scaling. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities Own the integrated commercialization roadmap for trucking. Maintain a clear and accurate view of critical paths, risks, and required decisions. Lead execution of key milestones across multiple departments. Run weekly cross-functional program meetings. Establish repeatable frameworks for efficient scaling. Produce executive-ready updates and program artifacts. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences using first-principles thinking. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in program or product leadership in complex technical environments such as autonomous vehicles or logistics. Proven ability to integrate programs across teams without direct control. Technical fluency to assess autonomy or hardware milestone issues credibly. Skilled in separating facts, assumptions, and risks in communication. Ability to create effective structures and adapt them as needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive audiences. Experience directing programs with accountability, despite no direct reports.
