We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-profile programs within the federal sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale initiatives in DoD or DHS/CBP environments, with proven expertise in agile methodologies and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of critical programs while maintaining compliance with federal requirements. This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate complex government contracting environments while leading diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Work Location This is a hybrid position in Ashburn, VA. Clearance Client requires US citizenship , the ability to obtain and hold a public trust position , and favorable suitability based on a CBP Background Investigation . Candidates with existing Active CBP BI, DoD Top Secret, or another DHS component clearance will be prioritized.
