Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and publish master production schedules and work center priorities using ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, track material availability, and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing engineering, operations, and quality teams.
• Evaluate shop floor capacity, machine loading, and workforce constraints to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Analyze schedule adherence metrics, inventory turnover, and lead-time trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of production scheduling or planning experience within a precision manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts, pull systems, and capacity requirements planning (CRP).
• Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
