Main Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planner to manage and optimize our production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain coordination, and inventory control. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and manufacturing teams to ensure availability of raw materials and resources. Monitor production status, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to stay on track. Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, labor, and equipment. Analyze production performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to production plans, changes, and outputs. Work closely with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist in developing and implementing production planning systems and tools. Knowledge, skills and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain roles (for mid-level roles). Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with planning tools Previous NetSuite experience is preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
