Overview: R&P Technologies, LLC (R&P) is a medium-sized business with a multi- disciplinary technical consulting team providing a broad range of programmatic, technical, and waterfront services in support of the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and several commercial customers. We need a senior-level Production Control Support Analyst to support the Navy's LHA project team ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and analyze production metrics to make recommendations and informed Programmatic decisions by leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities—including pivot tables, Power Query, complex nested formulas, VBA macros, and dynamic dashboards—to analyze large datasets, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making . Maintained and optimized the Technical Support Management (TSM) database to ensure seamless tracking, accurate updates, and timely resolution of trial card deficiencies and Corrective Action Reports across the entire project lifecycle. Manage production documents and prepare briefings for project milestones and reviews. Support PMS 377/SSGC in managing cost, schedule, and performance of the LHA shipbuilding program. Analyze program data and develop reports, briefings, and decision support tools for senior Navy leadership. Embed directly with SSCG C154 Production team to ensure alignment of program office priorities and taskings across the R&P production and quality team. Track program milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and contract deliverables. Participate and assist in leading Integrated Product Teams, shipbuilding meetings, and program reviews. Provide guidance and leadership to the production and quality engineering, technician, and analyst team in all areas of new construction shipbuilding. Participate in scheduled meetings with the Navy, shipyard personnel and subcontractors, providing inputs and insight as necessary. Develop and submit weekly and monthly reports of all completed activities to task lead. Provide support and coordination to the local SUPSHIP team as needed. Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of program office, ship production support and oversight experience. Strong critical thinking skills, as well as customer organizational level communication and interpersonal skills. An exceptional organizational and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks An extensive experience in all aspects of Navy and DOD acquisition processes in Naval Ship New Construction, including experience analyzing shipyard schedules, production plans, and construction metrics. Experience working in a Navy Shipbuilding Program Office or Supervisor of Shipbuilding. The ability to interact effectively with senior Navy leadership, government civilians, and industry representatives. The ability to effectively communicate an interface with customers, stakeholders, and industry personnel, with particular attention to rapid generation of presentations for stakeholder leadership. The ability to read and understand Navy and Shipyard construction drawings. Proficiency in the M365 software suite including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Excellent oral and technical report writing skills. Proficient in TSM The ability to travel is up to 25%.
