The Senior Product Operations Manager is responsible for executing client-facing Airtable implementations. This role focuses on configuring Airtable to meet client needs while managing the balance between technical and tactical realities. Effective communication and maintaining strong client relationships are essential. The role primarily handles the physical setup of Airtable implementations and requires an advanced understanding of Airtable and software implementation.
An expert with a deep understanding of Airtable, including formulas, linked records, automations, interfaces, and integrations.
Operationally minded, with knowledge of cross-functional agency or business workflows.
Skilled in system design and process simplification for non-technical teams.
A proactive problem solver who identifies gaps in tooling or workflow and proposes informed solutions.
A thought partner to other operational leaders.
Highly collaborative with builders and producers at all levels.
Act as the subject-matter expert on Airtable for client projects.
Train client teams on Airtable setup and workflows for project management.
Configure Airtable solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Monitor Airtable's effectiveness for client projects, ensuring alignment with client workflows.
Provide ongoing support and optimization for client-facing Airtable projects.
Lead and execute Airtable implementations across multiple teams or departments.
Design scalable bases that solve complex operational needs across multiple stakeholder groups.
Create and lead accessible training sessions across departments.
Draft and maintain best practices and SOPs for Airtable use.
Collaborate with builders at all levels to problem-solve and find solutions effectively and efficiently.
3+ years of experience in an Airtable-building role.
Airtable Builder certification will be required within 1 month of joining the team.
Advanced understanding of Airtable and software implementation.
