Senior Procurement Specialist

Sr. Procurement Specialist – Sourcing / Procurement Analyst Location: 15900 Valley View Court Sylmar, CA 91342 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours What They’re Looking For 4+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, engineering, project management, or finance experience. Strong procurement/sourcing background. Experience with RFQs, RFPs, supplier quotes, bids, pricing, and negotiations . Ability to source and evaluate mechanical and electrical suppliers/vendors . Strong data analysis, reporting, and data visualization skills. Experience managing supply chain/procurement projects . Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting findings to senior/executive leadership . Experience with supplier risk, mitigation, resilience, and second sourcing . Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams. Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project . Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration , or related field.
