About Our Client Established organization with a large and sophisticated operating environment Collaborative culture with strong cross-functional partnership Opportunity to lead high-impact procurement and sourcing initiatives Role with visibility across multiple business functions Competitive benefits and opportunities for long-term professional growth Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of indirect spend categories Lead sourcing activities from initial business requirements through supplier selection and implementation Manage competitive bid processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract development Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective procurement solutions Establish and maintain productive relationships with external suppliers and service providers Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, service levels, and overall value Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and spend optimization Support contract negotiations and help ensure appropriate commercial terms and service expectations Analyze spend, supplier, and market information to support sourcing decisions Identify and mitigate supplier and procurement-related risks Drive continuous improvement across sourcing and supplier management processes Desired Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, or a related field Demonstrated experience sourcing indirect goods and/or services Experience managing complex supplier and service-provider relationships Strong background in supplier negotiations, competitive sourcing, and contract management Proven ability to identify and deliver measurable cost savings and business improvements Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of an organization Comfortable working within a large-scale or complex business environment Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ERP, sourcing, procurement, or spend-management systems Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline preferred Salary Information $125,000 annually We’re looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
