Senior Procurement Director

Role Description The Senior Procurement Director is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and overseeing procurement strategies that support CORE Integrated Wealth’s operational and growth objectives. This role manages end-to-end sourcing activities, including identifying vendors, leading competitive bidding processes, and negotiating contracts to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and service quality. The Senior Procurement Director will oversee contract lifecycle management, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and collaborate with leadership to align procurement decisions with budget and risk-management priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, optimizing supply chain processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams on procurement needs, and leading procurement-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves building strategic supplier relationships, implementing procurement best practices, and providing clear reporting and insights to executive stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and logistics efficiently. Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and oversee the full contract lifecycle. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to lead procurement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and deliver on timelines and budgets. Candidates should possess strong analytical, financial, and risk assessment skills to evaluate proposals, manage budgets, and support data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Relevant experience in a senior procurement or strategic sourcing leadership role, ideally within professional services or financial services environments. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPM, PMP) are beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, exercise sound judgment, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
