Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex procurement engagements
• Develop contract strategies, scopes, criteria, and procurement documents
• Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers
• Lead evaluations, negotiations, awards, and recommendations
• Maintain procurement files and oversee contract execution
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, engineering, or contracts
• Three to five years’ pertinent experience, or eight equivalent years
• Knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, terminology, and risks
• Experience with automated procurement systems, preferably Oracle and MERX
• Reliability Status eligibility with three years’ verifiable history
