Senior Principal Architect, Supply Chain Enterprise Architecture
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal Architect, Supply Chain Enterprise Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will shape enterprise architecture strategy for a complex supply chain environment, with a focus on strengthening the technical foundation behind fulfillment and related business operations. The right candidate will balance near-term operational needs with long-term architecture standards, helping simplify systems, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth. You will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to evaluate solutions, define patterns, and guide investment decisions across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $235,070 annually Responsibilities Ensure the integrity of technical architecture across the order fulfillment portfolio Evaluate technology and rationalize solutions to improve efficiency and reduce complexity Establish architectural patterns and enforce organizational standards Identify system interfaces and existing architectural weaknesses Guide investment decisions by balancing operational demands with strategic vision Mentor and coach less experienced staff while supporting knowledge transfer Provide best practices, guidance, and roadmaps for architectural frameworks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 10-15 years of IT and business or industry experience, including solution architecture and systems lifecycle management 3-5 years of system integration and implementation experience Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture techniques and business capability alignment Proven self-starter with leadership experience in innovation and AI Benefits Medical, dental, and vision care coverage Comprehensive wellness suite including emotional and financial support Backup dependent care, adoption, and family building assistance Paid parental and caregiver leave provisions Opportunities for professional development and mentorship programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
