We manage paid acquisition primarily through Meta Ads, while also working with Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat. We are now looking for an exceptionally strong Performance Media Buyer to become a key part of our team and directly influence client results and company growth. You will work closely with our Creative Strategist, video editor, designer and founders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What you’ll do: Your role will be to own and improve paid advertising performance for a portfolio of e-commerce clients across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat. You will build, launch, test, optimise and scale campaigns; manage budgets; analyse performance; and identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate and profitability. You will also work closely with the creative team to turn performance insights into clear feedback and new creative tests. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively and understands that strong results come from the full picture: media buying, creative, offer, landing page and tracking.
