Senior Operations Manager
ConfidentialOverview As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll lead coordinated supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations. You’ll align people, processes, and resources across planning, procurement, inventory, transportation, and order fulfillment to keep work moving safely and efficiently. You’ll use operational and financial insights to set priorities, manage budgets, and strengthen performance. Duties Lead warehouse management, distribution operations, shipping and receiving, and freight coordination. Oversee transportation planning, demand and production planning, procurement, and materials management. Manage inventory control and order fulfillment; use supply chain analytics to identify risks and opportunities. Own budgeting and profit and loss (P&L) oversight; monitor operational performance and resource use. Your impact: By improving processes and coordinating teams, you help customers receive orders reliably while supporting efficient day-to-day operations. Skills Required: Supervising and team management experience, strong managerial communication, and background in operations management, supply chain management, logistics management, or distribution management. Required: Warehouse operations or warehouse supervisor experience, inventory management, process management, and continuous improvement. Preferred: Lean methods, process improvement, transportation management, transportation management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and warehouse management systems. Preferred: Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), non-vessel-operating common carriers (NVOCCs), freight, warehouse distribution, and supply chain analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with budgeting, demand planning, production planning, and transportation planning.
